The most expensive piece of land listed for sale on Lands of America recently was $39 million, though the median price for land, ranches and rural property in Utah came in at $935,810. The average price of land listed for sale in Utah was $2 million. Over a thousand fishable lakes and countless rivers and streams await anglers casting for trophy trout, pike, bass and more in Utah. The Ogden, Weber and Provo rivers thread through the canyons of the Wasatch Front, while Flaming Gorge National Recreation Area and Green River offers some of the Mountain West's best fly-fishing.
